Self Awareness, Mind and Body Connection - These are the basic building blocks of healing. For without these building blocks, healing may happen by chance but it's often not as predicted and expected. By becoming more aware of yourself and completely connecting your mind with your body, you give yourself one of the greatest gifts which is engaging the healing of your body from the inside out.
All workshops and healing modalities that I work with start at going within to feel, sense and connect with all that the body holds. By getting the courage to push past the fears that arise, the body, mind and soul can find a freedom in life like they've never been known before.
All workshops are created and implemented with these criteria at the forefront of anything that takes place.
Just what I needed today - This was just what I needed today. It helped me just stop for a moment which I rarely do and now I feel so peaceful and calm.
Not aware of the tension - I cannot believe how my body relaxed and let go of the tension. In fact, I was not even aware of the tension I was holding in my body.
Power of focusing - It was amazing that the very thing I needed to hear and experience happened today. I am surprised at just how powerful it was to focus on my body and my breath.
